Mr.hope is a private tool run by its owner to upload short videos that the owner creates to the owner's own TikTok accounts.

1. Who can use it: only the owner's own TikTok accounts. Mr.hope is not offered to the public.
2. What it does: after you log in with TikTok and approve access, Mr.hope posts a video to your TikTok account only when you click Post, using the caption, privacy and interaction settings you choose, or sends it to your TikTok inbox as a draft.
3. Content: all uploaded videos are original content made by the owner and must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
4. Disconnecting: you can remove Mr.hope's access at any time in TikTok under Settings > Security > Apps and services.
5. No warranty: Mr.hope is provided as is.
